تفاصيل الوظيفة

Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with department’s plans and communicate them to subordinates.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Follow up on subordinates’ tasks through reports.
Troubleshooting all issues and implement strategic solutions in timely manner.
Set a plan for the quarterly required spare parts.
Delivering invoices and follow up on the collection process.
Responsible for devices maintenance as well as supervising the workflow inside the workshop.
Conduct contract meetings to identify issues and client requirements and obtain Technician team input on timelines and deliverables.
Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with management and clients about contractual issues.
Review contractual performance to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.
Provide guidance on contracts to staff and managers.
Work with other teams on contract financial requirements.
