We’re Hiring: Branch Manager – Photography Equipment Store

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for photography gear and strong retail management experience?

We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee one of our key locations. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in managing retail branches and in-depth knowledge of photography equipment and products.

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior retail leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, and photography accessories.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure top-tier customer service.
• Proficient in using POS systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth performance.
• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Provide expert advice to customers on photography products.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Meet sales targets and report on KPIs to upper management.
