تفاصيل الوظيفة

help to set up Brands Outlet and manage the entire portfolio of brands
  responsible for location, branding, strategy, designing and buying across all brands
oversee the promotion, event planning, business analysis and brand awareness within the egyption marketplace.
  implementing sales strategies while keeping global markets and product direction in mind.
 evaluate concept execution according to profit/loss (P&L) analysis for individual stores.

 direct the entire team of managers, and staff and set high-level performance objectives for all employees.
also responsible for employee career development and training.
 oversee the product range selection according to market trends and implementation for each store.
also analyse and report on prices and competition and the market segments for each brand.
 also enforce terms, conditions and rules of the franchise and lease agreements. coordinate with top management to set annual budgets.

 also design the store layout and warehouse to facilitate efficient stock and sales inventory.
