تفاصيل الوظيفة

·       Onsite Responsibilities/Duties

-       Follow up with the interior design in the preparation phase of the place in our branches.

-       Stick to the timeline we agreed on regarding the date of the soft opening.

-       Oversees all aspects of the operation starts from having the place till the opening.

-       Train, manage, and develop operations management and supervise subordinate members of staff in a manner that ensures their performance meets the required standards.

-       Customer relations management and Handle customer complaint.

-       To ensure that all aspects of the operation achieve high standards of service and maintain client satisfaction.

-       Listen to customer preferences and make suggestions for menu items.

-       Ensure that the place is clean and well-presented all the times and ensure the proper level of hygiene, safety & maintenance in the restaurant, safe condition of work, food handling procedures, etc.

-       Monitor all trading results for each branch.

-       Maintaining Cost Accounting System and Train our staff after you finished your training in Germany.

-       Send a weekly and monthly report for the transactions in coffee fellow from our accounting system to the chairman.
·       Daily Operation

-       You will be responsible for the daily operation in all the branches.

-       Monitor the performance of the staff.

·       Human Resources

-       Supervise all the staff in all the branches in Egypt.
 
-       Submit a weekly/monthly report for their performance on site.
 
·       Supply Chain in Germany and Egypt

-       Searching for new suppliers to have deals with and establish a database.

-       Long-term relationship with our suppliers internally and externally and Executive manager is the one who communicate with them.

-       Responsible for the supply chain management as a process as it is the management of the flow of goods and services between the supplier and coffee fellows. 

-       The Executive Manager will be in communication with the German  Head Quarters.

-       An Executive Manager oversees the short-and long-term planning for all food and beverage operations in an organization. The Manager manages front- and back-of-house operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals.

-       Prepare reports on how is the “Coffee Fellows” in Egypt is performing.

-       Responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the branches.

·       Inventory

-       Monitor and maintain inventory.

-       Executive Manager is the one who Make the new orders weekly/monthly based on our deals and operation transactions under your responsibility.

-       Submit weekly and monthly reports regarding the new orders and also our stock to the chairman.
 
·       Marketing

-       Identifying strategies to attract and retain customers.

-       Set a strategic sales development plan incorporating activities identified in the marketing plan, taking into account Egyptian market changes and conditions.

-       Searching for different marketing agency and get the best offer financially and operation.

-       Submit these offers to the chairman to start to have the best offer.

-       Follow up on the marketing plan and the timeline with the Marketing agency that we will work with regarding our website and our social media channels.

-       You will be the communicator between the marketing agency and also with the chairman.

-       Submit a weekly/monthly report to the chairman regarding our marketing plan and reach.

-       Think for a new offers/ideas and promotions for the Egyptians to live the coffee fellows experience..
 
·       Menu

-       The Executive Manager will assist in the planning and implementation of new ideas and menu specifications each season, working closely with Central Support to ensure they fit with guidelines in Germany/Egypt and are to the high quality our guests expect.

·       Sales and Target

-       You will be responsible for achieving the target monthly that we agreed on for each branch.

-       Submit the file monthly to the chairman and present it in the board meeting.
