Job title : Property Manager
Job Description :
- Supervise all real estate properties and follow up their affairs and coordinate between the concerned authorities in all matters related issues.
- Follow-up periodic maintenance of civil and electrical work and security and safety devices
- Follow up the dates of tenants' contracts
- Continuous communication with customers and solve all the problems facing them
- Monitor the performance of contractors, investigate and resolve complaints from residents and tenants and supervise maintenance personnel.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet the required standards of tenants
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants
- Follow up the implementation of maintenance and operation contracts for all properties and facilities in a way that ensures their efficiency, quality and safety.
- Prepare monthly reports
Qualifications / Skills:
Negotiation
High level of organization and attention to detail
Competence with office management software
Professionalism
Internal communications
Listening
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred Engineering
5-7 years’ experience in Real Estate
1-3 years’ management experience a plus
Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
English is a must
