تفاصيل الوظيفة

1. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with fashion clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and business objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
2. Sales and Business Development:
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new fashion clients and expanding the client base.
3. Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
• Provide clients with in-depth product knowledge, styling advice, and recommendations based on their preferences and market trends.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to relay client feedback and market demands.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
5. Account Planning and Strategy:
• Develop account plans outlining strategies for client retention, growth, and overall success.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in managing client accounts.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales metrics, client satisfaction, and market trends.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance account management performance.
