تفاصيل الوظيفة

- The Manager will report directly to the Management Board;
- Driving license highly preferred;
- Willingness to spend time between Alexandria and Cairo;
- Phone and travel expenses covered;

· The Manager will be primarily responsible for increasing group sales and ultimately profitability, through:

o Business development in new product and consumer market(s)
o Leveraging existing client relationships to maintain/increase sales levels
o Securing new clients through extensive networking and sourcing
o Managing a sales team (procurement, development, assignment, assessment)
o Identifying growth areas for the business
o Representing the business at events, trade fairs, etc.
· The Manager will head the group retail operations, which will entail:
o Responsibility for meeting monthly and annual sales targets for each retail outlet;
o Assessing current and future profitability of retail outlets (P&L);
o Identifying new growth areas in terms of consumer/product markets;
o Managing the opening of new retail outlets including fit-out;
o Training of all retail sales staff.
o Providing comprehensive sales reports to the Management Board.
o Improving conversion rates of footfall vs. sales.
o Procuring and relaying customer feedback, including managing customer complaints;
o Managing sourcing of stock from the factory, stock rotations and inventory;
o Managing strategic stock levels and reorders.
o Advising on pricing and promotions.
o Responsibility for merchandising and display.
o Auditing expenses and identifying cost reduction areas.

· The Manager will be responsible for the group global marketing strategy, including:

o Submitting an annual and quarterly marketing budget for each independent business stream.
o For allocating the marketing budget in the most efficient and effective manner.
o Managing advertising campaigns, digital marketing, catalogues, promotions, consumer market research, competitor analysis, merchandising, etc.
o For managing relationships with all external marketing contacts, including by not limited to: advertising agencies; other media agencies; research agencies; graphic designers & creative agencies; etc.
o For measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing feedback to the Management Board.
 
· The Manager will also be responsible for administrative oversight of the retail stores, including:
o Obtaining and updating all relevant licenses and permissions
o Keeping up to date with all regulations regarding the consumer sale of goods and operation of retail stores;
o Where necessary, liaising with mall management with regards to contract issues, rental payments, etc.
o Keeping abreast of all payments due, including but not limited to land tax, social security, utilities, etc.
o Managing all maintenance, security and cleanliness issues that arise in regards the retail units division 
o Responsibility for retail related IT, including hardware, software, PoS, cameras, etc.

· The Manager will be responsible for the launch and running of the ecommerce division including:

o Gathering all relevant data for SKUs
o Setting up and managing the website for online sales
o Setting up and managing social media to support and promote online sales
o Liaising with 3rd party payment and fulfillment providers
o Managing digital media strategy and online spend
o Coordinating online/offline campaigns and integrated stock

Skills Required

· Very good in English/Arabic
· Numerate and confident with managing data through Excel
· Very good IT skills
· Good time management and flexible handling multiple tasks at the same time
· Able to work varying shifts (days/hours) as needed
· Excellent at building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Good at verbal and written communication
· Creative thinker and good problem solver

Experience

· Management of multiple stores/areas in retail preferably in a multinational or national fashion brand
· Familiar with ecommerce and digital media marketing
Supply chain and inventory management
