A leading agricultural import and export company based in Smouha, Alexandria is seeking a qualified Export Manager with experience in the fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables sector to join our team.

Requirements:

Experience in Exporting Fresh and Frozen Produce.
Market Expansion Skills.
End-to-End Export Process Knowledge.
Logistics & Shipping Expertise.
Strong ability to follow up with suppliers for agricultural produce and ensure quality and timely deliveries.
Proficient in handling required shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, etc.), payment methods, payment insurance, and negotiating payment terms with clients.
Excellent negotiating skills, particularly with international clients.
Fluency in English.
In-depth understanding of the quality certifications required by different markets, including certifications for the exporting company, farms, and packaging stations.
Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing the complete export process for fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables.
Identifying and opening new markets for company products.
Ensuring coordination with suppliers and shipping companies.
Managing and tracking all required documentation for shipments.
Setting up and following up on different payment methods, including ensuring payment insurance.
Negotiating with clients and ensuring satisfaction in all aspects of the export process.
Ensuring the company and its suppliers maintain the necessary quality certifications required by international markets.
Representing the company at international exhibitions and trade fairs to promote our products and expand our global presence.
Skills Required:

Ability to manage and oversee the export process from beginning to end.
Expertise in logistics, shipping, and documentation for international trade.
Proficiency in supplier management and international client relations.
Excellent negotiation skills and fluency in English.
