تفاصيل الوظيفة

  • The Regional Operational Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of daily operations across all restaurant branches in various cities of Saudi Arabia.
  • This role ensures a consistent and exceptional dining experience for customers at all locations, while achieving regional sales and profitability targets.
  • The manager leads branch teams, oversees quality, manages inventory, ensures compliance with health and safety standards, implements standardized operational policies and procedures, and demonstrates creative problem-solving skills.

:Responsibilities
 * Regional Operations Management:
   * Oversee all aspects of daily operations across all branches, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
   * Monitor branch performance, analyze operational and financial data, and identify improvement opportunities.
   * Develop and implement regional operational plans in coordination with branch managers.
   * Ensure consistent food and service quality and standardized procedures across all branches.

 * Regional Team Leadership and Development:
   * Lead and guide branch managers, providing necessary support to achieve their goals.
   * Develop and implement standardized training programs for all branch teams.
   * Evaluate branch manager performance and provide guidance for professional development.
   * Build cohesive teams across all branches.

 * Regional Inventory Management:
   * Monitor inventory levels across all branches, ensuring timely availability of materials.
   * Implement a centralized inventory management system, minimizing waste and costs.
   * Conduct periodic inventory audits at all branches.

 * Regional Quality, Health, and Safety Assurance:
   * Ensure compliance with food health and safety standards across all branches.
   * Monitor cleanliness and equipment maintenance, ensuring regular maintenance procedures.
   * Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all regions.

 * Regional Customer Service:
   * Ensure excellent customer service across all branches.
   * Handle customer complaints at the regional level and develop appropriate solutions.
   * Monitor customer feedback for all branches.

 * Regional Reporting and Analysis:
   * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on branch performance, analyzing financial and operational data.
   * Prepare daily reports to submit to the CEO.
   * Identify performance improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
   * Provide regular reports to senior management regarding the performance of all branches.

:Requirements
 * Frequent Branch Travel:
   * Conduct regular visits to branches across Saudi Arabia to monitor operations and provide support.

 * Excel proficiency:
   * Expert use of Microsoft excel to analyse data.

Qualifications and Experience:
 * Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in restaurant management, with proven experience in multi-branch operations.
 * Experience in regional or multi-branch operations management.
 * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
 * Comprehensive knowledge of food health and safety standards and standard operating procedures.
 * Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build effective teams in multiple locations.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Expert level skill using Microsoft Excel, and the ability to analyse financial and operational data.
 * Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
 * Ability to write detailed daily reports.
 * Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
 * Ability to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia.
 * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
 * Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 * Team work skills.

:Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
 * Professional certifications in restaurant or hospitality management.
 * Experience in restaurant brand management.
