تفاصيل الوظيفة

We are working to build a strong sales team and seeks to hire outdoor competitive Insurance/Takaful sales Agents to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.

Duties:
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
• Solving client problems.
• Providing training and producing support
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Offering after-sales support services.
 Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. • Meeting regular sales targets.  

Qualifications:
• Male & female
 • High qualified team player
• VG command of English Language.
• Experience +3 years in Sales is must
• Excellent communication skills: strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office software
• Good appearance
• Ability to work with high pressure and achieve targets
