Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the leasing process for commercial properties, including office spaces, retail units, and industrial properties.
Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
Conduct property tours, negotiate lease terms, and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage tenant relations, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any leasing or operational issues.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns to promote available commercial spaces.
Monitor the commercial real estate market, track competitors, and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
Monitor and guide the leasing process from lead generation and contract negotiations to lease signings and ongoing renewal discussions.
Work closely with the property management team to ensure seamless operation and tenant retention.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leasing,
