·       Responsible for growth targets

·       Promotion Strategy

·       Annual Plans

·       Shopper Understanding

·       Responsible for implement action plans as an outcome from shopper understanding

·       Innovations & Visibility

·       Responsible for introduction agreed innovations, launches, promotions, new festivals, etc...

·       Audit of store activities-

·       Budget control

·       Responsible for the availability of all materials which are needed in branches.

·       Prepare required reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) to assist other departments to take the right and quick decision

·       Responsible for solving any customer problems if exist and ensuring safe environment for customers
·       Responsible for controlling costs, quality, customer satisfaction, quick service, increasing profitability, monitoring other competitors, operating processes, and comparing and presenting them to the Board of Directors.
