*Job Title: Commercial Manager (Exporting)*
 CAIROCOOL is a dynamic and rapidly growing company poised to enter the exporting market from Egypt to countries worldwide. We specialize in sourcing high-quality products and delivering them to international markets. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our exporting efforts and drive our business forward.
*Job Description:*
As the Commercial Manager for our exporting division, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and exporting products from Egypt to various countries globally. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to expand our international presence and increase profitability. Key responsibilities include:
- *Market Research:* Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential export opportunities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- *Product Sourcing:* Source and evaluate potential products for export, considering factors such as quality, pricing, and market demand.
- *Supplier Management:* Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure the timely delivery of products.
- *Export Strategy:* Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate target markets, including market entry strategies, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
- *Regulatory Compliance:* Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export documentation.
- *Sales and Business Development:* Drive sales growth by actively promoting our products to prospective clients, attending trade shows, and networking with industry professionals.
- *Financial Management:* Develop and manage budgets, forecast sales volumes, and monitor financial performance to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- *Team Leadership:* Lead and motivate a team of export professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial management, international trade, or exporting, preferably within the Egyptian market.
- Strong understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with export management software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
