تفاصيل الوظيفة

Key Responsibilities
 
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Ensure full and accurate use of SAP (Warehouse Management Module) for stock movement, tracking, and reporting.
Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, on-time dispatch, space utilization, and stock aging.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards, especially for FMCG items.
Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; manage labor planning and shift schedules.
Conduct monthly stock counts, cycle counts, and investigate variances using SAP data.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve warehouse efficiency.
Maintain and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems.
Ensure all inbound and outbound logistics activities are executed on time and in line with company SLAs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Hands-on experience with SAP (WM or MM modules) is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics best practices.
Strong understanding of FIFO, FEFO, and cold-chain practices if applicable.
Experience managing teams of 10+ workers in a warehouse setting.
Based in Suez, Egypt.

Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in FMCG warehousing
