:Job Description

• Lead the electrical and instrumentation maintenance team, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for electrical systems and control instruments to ensure continuous equipment operation.
• Monitor the performance of electrical systems and take necessary measures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Supervise the installation and upgrades of electrical and automation equipment according to engineering standards.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and instrumentation faults promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry codes.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize plant operations.
• Prepare technical and administrative reports on electrical system performance and maintenance activities.
• Train and develop the technical team on the latest technologies and advancements in electrical and automation systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing electrical and instrumentation systems within a glass manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a technical team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in diagnosing electrical issues.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industrial power regulations.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office applications.
