Luminary is seeking a highly organized and experienced Account Manager / Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and developing effective digital marketing strategies to meet client goals. Your contributions will directly influence our growth and client satisfaction, making this a vital position within our organization

:Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met
Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals
Communication: Communicate project updates, deliverables, and timelines to clients and internal teams
Strategy Development: Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective digital marketing strategies
Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints
Client Onboarding: Lead the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and setup
Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in client relationships and develop strategies to mitigate them
