We are seeking a dedicated English Tutor to join our team and support our members in enhancing their English language skills.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Language Instruction:
Provide individual and group English language tutoring to team members, focusing on both written and spoken skills.
Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans that cater to the varying proficiency levels of team members.
Utilize innovative teaching methods to make learning engaging and effective.
Conversation Clubs and Meetings:
Organize and lead regular English conversation clubs and meetings to provide practical speaking and listening practice.
Facilitate discussions on various topics to improve fluency and confidence in English communication.
Encourage participation and create a supportive environment for learning.

Communication Support:
Assist team members in the preparation and editing of English communication materials, including emails, reports, presentations, and proposals.
Provide feedback and guidance on improving the clarity and professionalism of written English.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective communication strategies.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably to adults in a professional setting.
Skills:
Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
Familiarity with various teaching methods and learning styles.
