Job Description:
1. Represent the company in all accident cases.
2- Draft and review legal memoranda with high proficiency.
3. Provide legal advice on traffic and accident cases.
4. Effectively manage court proceedings and liaise with legal bodies.
5-Maintain excellent communication with clients and provide regular updates on case progress.
6. Stay updated on laws and regulations related to traffic and accidents.
7. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
8. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in accident-related disputes.
9. Prepare and present legal arguments and evidence in court hearings.
10. Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as investigators and expert witnesses, to strengthen cases.
11. Ensure all legal documents and filings are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
12. Advise the company on their legal rights and potential outcomes based on case developments.
13. Review and interpret insurance policies and claims related to accident cases.
