- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the warehouse.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports related to warehouse activities.
- Assist in reconciling inventory records with physical stock, ensuring accuracy, and identifying discrepancies.
- Monitor and track warehouse expenses, including utilities, maintenance, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper coding and allocation of expenses.
- Assist in conducting periodic internal audits of financial transactions and procedures.
- Stay updated with accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices applicable to warehouse operations.
- Perform other related duties
