تفاصيل الوظيفة

  • بناء نظم تراكم البيانات الخاصة بالمؤسسة.
  • تحديد التكاليف الثابتة (مثل الرواتب والإيجار والتأمين).
  • تخطيط وتسجيل التكاليف المتغيرة (على سبيل المثال مشتريات المواد الخام وتكاليف العمليات).
  • استعراض التكاليف القياسية والفعلية للمؤسسة.
  • إعداد تقارير الموازنة (للمؤسسة ولكل قسم بشكل منفصل).
  •  تحليل وتقرير هوامش الربح للمؤسسة.
  • إعداد توقعات التكاليف الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية.
  • المساعدة في إغلاق نهاية الشهر ونهاية العام.
  • تحديد والتوصية بحلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة وتوجيه مصروفات المؤسسة

  • :Responsibilities
.Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization -
Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production    cost
Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
Prepare and complete internal cost audits.
Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for financial statements.
Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.
Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.

:Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
2 years of Cost Accounting work experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
Sound understanding of accounting principles.
In-depth knowledge of accounting software such as Sage Pastel, Odoo, or similar systems
Solid cost systems background.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
