تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Description
Entering purchase invoices for goods purchased whether imported or local, after reviewing the item data in the invoice along with purchase orders.
Review Import documents and ensure docs are approved and sent to the banks on time.
tracking import shipments and calculate the cost of LC & landed cost
Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing payments.
Ensure timely bank payments
Reconcile accounts payable transactions (Monthly / Periodic reconciliation)
Monitor Vendors account details for terms of payment, credit terms
Manage all accounting transactions that related with vendors, Cost of imported purchases
Develop and maintain reports and files on the Accounts Payable processing.
Job Requirements
5 – 8 years of experience in the Import Field is a MUST.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Professional in Advanced Excel and Data analysis.
ERP user, Preferably Double Click.
Banking knowledge is preferable.
High Confidence and personal skills.
