Accounts Payable Accountant
 
Responsibilities
-          Record and match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
-          Resolve invoices discrepancies and create debit / credit notes
-          Analyses accounts payable aging report and reconcile monthly with suppliers
-          Prepare checks / write transfer for AP supervisor / Manager Approval
-          Ensure Timely payments and follow up on pending invoices
-          Collaborate with AP Senior Accountant to resolve Discrepancies
-          Ensure all accounting entries are documented
-          Perform other duties as assigned
-          Filing and maintaining supplier records
 
 
 
Qualifications
-          BSc Degree In Accounting
-          1 to 3 Years of professional experience in Accounts Payable / General Accounting
-          Good in English Both Written & Verbal
-          Very Good knowledge of advanced Excel
-           Odoo System Experience
-          A high Level of attention to detail and accuracy confidentiality
