تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Responsibilities 
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry, for both local & imported purchases in needed details.
• Generate purchase orders when necessary.
• Obtain necessary documentation from warehouses to support corporate internal controls.
• Handling key suppliers.
• Responsible for tax deduction from suppliers.
• Obtain and print signatures on all cheques issuance requisites.
• Prepare (daily, weekly, monthly) payment plan.
• Responsible for taxes monthly & quarterly reports; i.e. VAT & WHT.
• Responsible for recording all the companies’ liabilities.
• Responsible for monthly purchases analysis in multiple reports from system or MS Excel.
• Assist senior financial officers as needed
• Responsible for monthly analysis of AP, supplier’s down payments, petty cash, notes payable and prepaid expenses.
• Prepare AP aging report .
• Prepare outstanding accounts payable balances.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
