تفاصيل الوظيفة

This is a one-person accounting role, meaning the selected candidate will manage all accounting, cost control, payroll, supplier accounts, warehouse reporting, Financial statement and tax compliance.

:Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and record daily transactions using an excel accounting sheet.
  2. Prepare and submit daily movement reports for the company treasury.
  3. Track and report cash movement and expenses.
  4. Calculate and process monthly salaries, including overtime and deductions, and review them before disbursement.
  5. Manage and reconcile supplier accounts, follow up on balances and due payments.
  6. Prepare cost reports for production and materials.
  7. Monitor and review warehouse inventory, participate in periodic stocktaking, and report any discrepancies.
  8. Ensure tax and social insurance compliance and handle submissions.
  9. Coordinate and help implement the Smack system.
:Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 6 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies.
  • Strong experience in: Payroll, Taxation, Cost accounting, Supplier and inventory control.
  • Excellent Excel skills (formulas, reports, reconciliation).
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounting tasks.
