تفاصيل الوظيفة

▪ Handle and issuing the invoices to clients on a monthly basis in a timely manner
▪ Record the collection receipts in ERP system
▪ Monitor all the clients account details for payment, delayed payments to ensure customers pay on time and follow up on any overdue invoice
▪ Preparing the client balance report “Account settlement, Bad debts , sales notes deleting”
▪ Responsible for the client process “opening new client’s accounts on ERP , Subscription , contracts”
▪ following up on payments with Sales Team
▪ Recording financial transactions by entering account information (Collection, Uploading Contracts, Subscription updates)
▪ Responsible for all maintenance contracts cycle "make contract, send it to the client, send it to Operation for sign, collection, update his subscription with the new dates and values
▪ prepares special reports (Financial analysis report by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information, Commission sheet for sales)
▪ Communicate effectively with clients to follow their due payment
▪ handling all the cash flow to manage all financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits to ensure that all the commitments are paid on time.
▪ Prepare value added tax declaration for the legal accountant revising and final confirmation
▪ Assisting the legal accountant in Tax examination, preparing income tax
▪ Handling all the delegates tasks
▪ Recording all the revenues and expenses and ensure that they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
▪ Handling the purchasing requests
