Job roles & Responsibilities:
·         Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing key accounts plans in line with their strategic objectives in order to achieve profitable revenue growth and to expand our customer share. 
·      Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with        the major stakeholders of the key accounts at various levels within the organization. 
·       Sales & Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, and negotiate contracts with key accounts in order to achieve the set targets.
·       Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicating with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and objectives are achieved. 
·       Problem Solving: Identifying the root causes and challenges that might get in the way of doing smooth business with key accounts and lead the way to solve them. 
·       Reporting & Analysis: Tracking and reporting on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends. 
Required Skills:
Leadership Skills: Major Accounts Sales Specialist should have the power to influence the stakeholders inside the company as well as at customer side who are involved in the selling cycle without having a direct authority on both teams.
Strategic thinking: Major Accounts Sales Specialist should be able to understand the vision of the customer and the company as well as market trends. He/ She should be able to help customers growing their own business and achieve the win-win scenarios.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·         Ability to work under pressure and tight situations. 
·         Accountable for results with a sense of urgency to achieve goals.
·          Proficiency in English language is a must
·         Very Good command of MS office
·          To have BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
