About On Market

We are an E-Grocery marketplace startup that grows very fast in multiple cities. We are on a mission to disrupt the grocery market in Egypt, and the MENA region by offering innovative tech solutions that solve real problems in the grocery market; for both our customers and our grocery partners.

We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Specialist with 2-3 years of experience generating sales and working with different business sizes with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You'll have the chance to work with smart minds and create a success story at a startup that has high growth and aims to disrupt the grocery market in Egypt and the MENA region.
 
Job Description
  • Generate new leads and hunt retailers to join our App
  • Following up with the open deals and push to close it
  • Keep ahead of our monthly sales target in collaboration with the Head of Sales
  • Introduce and onboard our retail partners using our E-Grocery systems 
  • Maintain excellent relationship with our current retail partners
  • Supporting our current retail partners to scale their businesses based on the data insights we generate for the market
  • Keeping up to date with the development of the market
  • Collaborate with the operations team managing day to day contact with the retail partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing team with the latest offers from our retail partners
  • Making sure our retail partners products are up to date on our systems
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, marketing or related field
  • Hands-on experience in generating sales, maintaining excellent relationship with the clients and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in any of these industries is highly preferable; retail, food and beverage, supply chain, logistics or FMCG
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and understand numbers (basic analysis skills is preferable)
  • Excellent problem solver with keeping positive attitude
  • Ability to work with different people from different mentalities and cultures\
  • Can-do-it mindset
  • Keeping positive mentality and high positive energy
  • Eager to learn new things and methods in Sales and Business Development
