We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Flutter Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, and a deep understanding of Flutter

Responsibilities:

System architecture design:
Lead the design and architecture of Flutter-based mobile applications.
Develop a scalable, modular and extensible system architecture.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Code review and improvement:
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize code for better efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams to maintain high code quality and consistency.
Technical leadership:
Provide technical direction and guidance to the development team.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Flutter and mobile app development.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
Collaboration and communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of technical requirements and solutions.

Troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth running of applications.


qualifications:

education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
expertise:
Proven experience as a Flutter developer
Good years of experience in mobile application development.
Technical skills:
Experience with Flutter framework
Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (e.g. MVC, MVVM).
Experience with state management solutions in Flutter (e.g. Provider, Bloc).
Proficient in version control systems (e.g. Git).
Leadership and communication:
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem solving skills:
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
