تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Description 
Supervision on the all lines over shifts to maintain the quality parameters are complied with the specs.
Follow up the on line quality sheets.
• Maintaining the fitting of the measurements and testing devices to achieve its function even it was inside lab or on line .
• Implementing all measurements in certain frequencies according to Quality Plan, Sampling Plan and customer requirements.
•Reviewing & keeping the PC Measurements’ Records.
• Follow up any job change and to maintain it proceed according to the quality plan.
•Complete supervision on the shifts change and to maintain that each labor at the quality team in the right position.
• preparing daily report at the end of shifts which clarify the shifts status and report it to the quality manager.
•Conducting the Internal Calibration at PC Physical Lab., plus maintaining the Measuring Instruments.
• Reviewing the Customers Manuals, Specifications and AQLs.
• Conducting the Job Change tasks and duties of PC Lab.(e.g. Weight Instructions, Gauges distribution, line clearance…etc) according to the Quality Plan
Bachelor of Science, Chemistry Major 
· Approximately 3 -5 years of related experience in Manufacturing industrials 
Proficiency in both Arabic and English language (speaking, reading and writing).
Very Good Computer Skills
