Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
·        Building strong and continuous relationships with new clients

·        Work to consolidate and repair relationships with existing and old clients in a good and continuous manner
·        Responding to customer inquiries regarding the company's installment system, products, prices, and any facilities and services that may be provided From the company to the customer
·        Submit a daily, weekly and monthly report of business calls to the commercial Manager directly .
·        Achieving the desired sales goals through the actual sources as well as new sources and channels to attract customers under the supervision of the commercial manager
·        Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Informing commercial director the following reports
1.      ( Incoming Calls Analysis Report. )
2.      ( Outgoing calls Analysis Report . )
3.      ( Inquiry Analysis Report. )
4.      ( Sales Orders/ Service Requst  Analysis Report. )
5.      ( Media / Hotline Customer Awareness. )
6.      ( Customer Complaints Analysis Report. )
7.      ( Sales Orders / Service Requst Details Report. )

·       Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
·       Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
·       Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
·       Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer support role
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree
 
Limits of internal relations within the scope of work:
