Real Estate Team Leader For Developer is needed to be hired in our Head office in Alexandria.

Job duties: -Achieve growth and hit sales targets. - Playing a strategic role in the team. -Immediate handling of customer requests. - ⁠Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. -Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest. - Forecast Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly revenue expectations with predictability. Job Requirements • Located in Alexandria. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales in REAL ESTATE. • Real estate development background is preferred. • Sales skills, including lead generation and sales strategy development. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets

Job Description


1. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

3. Conduct market research to identify potential properties and market trends.

4. Coordinate property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.

5. Advise clients on pricing strategies, financing options, and legal requirements.

6. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers and lawyers, to facilitate smooth transactions.

7. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

8. Mentor junior agents and provide guidance on complex transactions.

9. Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.

10. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the real estate agency.
