تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Description:-
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with account management team to do the best for the client
• Train and develop others in his team
• Someone who has some leadership skills and must take initiative (or can grow as a leader as the team expands)
• This role reports directly to the Operation Manager
• Someone who is abreast of industry trends in digital
• A good communicator.
• Someone who is EXTREMELY organised. (the agency is very busy, work coming at a mile a minute, and we need someone who is on top of their game in terms of organisation)
• Good time management skills
• Attention to detail (the role requires writing the social media posts, so a firm grasp of the English language, and attention to detail on spelling, as well as attention to detail on ensuring all plans have all the relevant info)
• Someone who knows the nature of the advertising industry: you might need to work late, be in on the weekend, work under deadline etc. But it’s nothing unreasonable.
• Task examples: High Level Content plans (coming up with content within content pillars – so need a creative thinker), monthly content plans, campaign plans, conceptualizing.
• At the moment, there is community management involved as the agency wants to keep the brand profiles up to date and engaging. We need somebody who is comfortable with engaging with consumers on across all platforms.
Experience 6 month to 1 Year is a plus
6 Working days + one day off
Salary : Negotiable
