 Carries responsibility for fixing the technical problems in mobile hard ware
 Carries responsibility for reducing monthly internal return (max 3 %)
 Carries responsibility for upgrading the new version of software
 Ensures proper operation of systems in compliance with required regulations and codes.
 Performs all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with established work standards
Performs other related duties
 Technical and theoretical know-how on GSM
 Technical know-how on trouble-shooting
Understanding quality of repair and its impact on revenues, KPIs and profit
 Communication Skills
 Time Management
University graduate from any discipline
