Job Title: Senior Property Consultant
**Location:** New Cairo.
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Salary:** 10,000 - 15,000 EGP per month
**Commission:**
- Indirect: Starts from 5,000 EGP at 1%
- Direct: Double commission

**Job Overview:**
As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting market research, and delivering high-quality customer service. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and a passion for the industry, we want to hear from you!
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on developers.
- Proven experience in the New Capital, New Cairo, or Mostakbal City areas is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- Proficiency in English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
