We are a company that works in e-commerce, marketing products via Instagram through an official account . We sell all brands of luxury and expensive shoes, dealing with high-class A+ clients . We need Instagram moderators have experience in Instagram moderation




Job Description

Answering & handling all inquiries received on INSTAGRAM, either in comments, or messages & convert them into sales (sell products over messages).

Answering & handling all inquiries received on phone.

Apply the fulfilling process of all online orders received from social media or e-commerce websites

Creation of shipment orders, Communicating with our shipping partners to make sure of shipments delivery.

Scheduling & publishing created content on social media and e-commerce websites .


Job Requirements

Girls only, living in Cairo is preferred, have B.S. in any discpline and maximum age is 27.

Excellent commands in written and spoken English.

Proven working experience as a social media Moderator for 2 years (Preferable to be in fashion )

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

Working hours : 8-12 hours daily .
