تفاصيل الوظيفة

The ideal candidate will works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments , responsibilities and follows up appropriately, also acts as a liaison between the CEO and the other departments whenever needed. Moreover, she supervises the office administration team.




Responsibilities




● Handle all the logistical aspects of the business trips.

● Plan for the company’s internal events.

● Handle administrative tasks for the CEO including managing his calendar.

● Taking minutes for the company-wide meetings, and any business meetings whenever necessary.

● Supervising the office administration team and providing constructive feedback regularly.

● Update and document all the needed policies and processes for the office administration department.

● Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.

● Edits and completes first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders.

● Maintain the efficiency of the purchasing system .

● Keep a keen eye on the cleaning process.

● Maintains the company mobile and internet lines working effectively.

● Responding to the company whatsapp messages in a professional manner.




Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized,
detail-oriented,
ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative role,
reporting directly to upper management.
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done;
adaptable and enjoys a challenge
Experience developing internal processes.
 English Language is a must.
Outstanding level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
