We are seeking a highly organized and proactive female assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating seamless communication and coordination across different departments within our company, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Department Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between department managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all teams.
CEO Support: Provide essential support to the CEO by reminding them of important appointments, meetings, and deadlines, helping to optimize their schedule.
Scheduling & Organization: Oversee the organization and scheduling of work across various departments, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on organization and communication
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools
