  • We are a German Company in Egypt is  Organizing  exhibitions specializing in water, waste, and infrastructure events. 
:Job Summary
  • A highly organized, proactive, and business-savvy Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
  • This role involves a mix of administrative support, sales coordination, client management, and financial follow-ups.
  • The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, strong in communication, and comfortable handling both office tasks and external business meetings.
 
:Key Responsibilities
 Administrative & Executive Support:
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use.
  • Handle confidential files and organize business records.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
 Sales & Client Relationship Management:
  • Assist in selling exhibition spaces and managing client relationships.
  • Contact potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for sales opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events to represent Expotec.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.
 Financial Follow-ups:
  • Call clients to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to track payments, invoices, and overdue accounts.
  • Maintain organized financial records and assist in payment reconciliation.
:Exhibition & Business Support
  • Assist in organizing water, waste, and infrastructure exhibitions.
  • Research potential partners, sponsors, and industry trends.
  • Help with exhibitor and attendee coordination.
  • Support event logistics, including vendor communication and on-site management. 
 Office & Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Assist in HR functions, including hiring and onboarding new employees.
:Qualifications & Skills
  1. Experience: 2+ years in an Executive Assistant, Sales, or Client Relations role (preferably in exhibitions,events, or business management).
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree  required.
  3. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage and close deals with potential exhibitors and partners.
  4. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM or event management tools.
  5. Strong Communication: Excellent English and
  6. Arabic skills (written and verbal).
  7. Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks
  8. and prioritize effectively.
  9. Problem-Solver: A proactive, self-motivated mindset with strong attention to detail.
  10. Financial Awareness: Comfortable following up on payments and coordinating with finance teams.
  11. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive business information professionally.
