تفاصيل الوظيفة

Responsibilities:

Supervise quality engineers in all areas, including receiving of raw vegetables, packing materials, production lines, and packaging operations.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety principles throughout the production process.
Review daily quality control reports and take corrective actions when necessary.
Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation plans.
Manage quality control personnel, including assigning tasks and ensuring proper allocation based on workload and work sensitivity.
Support the Quality Assurance department in implementing the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and quality systems, including calibration activities and internal audits.
Conduct or participate in quality control audits as required.
Maintain accurate and complete quality control documentation.
Investigate and document customer complaints related to product quality.
Stay up-to-date on relevant quality control regulations and standards.
Continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality control program.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control leadership role within the food industry (frozen vegetables is preferred).
Strong understanding of Food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with food safety management systems (FSMS) a plus.
Experience with quality control software programs a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under high workload independently and as part of a team.
