تفاصيل الوظيفة

Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 infrastructure (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Services).
-Administer and monitor VMware virtualization environment (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
-Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco Routers, Switches, and SD-WAN solutions.
-Implement and maintain Veeam & Acronis Backup & Replication for data protection and disaster recovery.
-Ensure proper network security, firewall configuration, and system hardening.
-Provide technical support for system incidents and escalations.
Coordinate with HQ IT Department to align with global IT requirements.
Provide IT assistance to staff and train end-users on hardware and software applications.
Update software and upgrade hardware systems as needed.
Monitor technological advancements and ensure IT infrastructure is up to date.
Install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Respond promptly to service issues and IT support requests.
Set up accounts for new users and provide necessary training.
Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
Test and implement new technologies.
2- Finance & Accounting Support
Assist the finance team in automating repetitive tasks.
Develop applications in Excel and Power BI for process automation.
Lead monthly physical inventories of IT hardware and equipment.
Prepare and manage the IT budget and forecasts.
Must have worked on:
- Microsoft 365
- SQL Server
- Windows Server (2019/2022/2025)
- VMware & Acronis (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi)
- Cisco Routers/Switches & SD-WAN
- Backup solutions (Veeam preferred)
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Routing, Switching).
- Hands-on experience in system monitoring tools and troubleshooting.
#Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of Experience in IT ِAdmin or Senior or Manager roles.
