تفاصيل الوظيفة

 Participate in job fairs and career events•
 Liaise with universities, faculties to obtain CV's & newly graduates•
 Build & update a comprehensive candidates’ database for anticipated business needs•
 Advertising all vacancies internally & externally through various Social media•
 Responsible for the full hiring process which includes head hunting, job posting. Resumes'•
    Filter, selection, interviews, jobs offers
 Applying the adequate interviews techniques to select the suitable candidates who •
    Their qualifications , experience and cultural are matching the vacancies' requirements 
    And keep records for these evaluation/ scoring
 Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time•
 Perform reference and background checks for potential employees•
 Conduct employee On-boarding and Orientation sessions to integrate them quickly• 
    Properly into organization&
 Prepare monthly/ periodically requested reports, comparative and analytical reports•
