تفاصيل الوظيفة

Duties & Responsibilities
Management of resources.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Supervise the manufacturing processes, ensure quality work is done in a safe efficient manner.
Produce shipment on time.
Reduce scrap.
Manage and leads the subordinates reporting to him/her to achieve targets and objectives set by the Company
Set targets and objectives to subordinates and monitor and evaluate the respective levels of performance.
Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.
Handle and delegate administrative tasks required by this post
Induction training of new staff.
Work within Environmental and Health & Safety requirements procedures.
Work within the Quality Management System requirements and procedures including Certification and Customer requirements.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
Production Engineering Degree.
4:7 years of work experience as production Engineering in Manufacturing ) Familiar with Plastic extrusion , injection is preferred ).
Oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under a certain amount of production pressure.
Good decision making is essential.

Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.
Ability to be flexible and multitasking.
Methodical approach, enthusiastic with an emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
Goal Oriented Self Starter.
Excellent Communicator.
PC-based computing experience is essential.
