تفاصيل الوظيفة

Manage the help desk system, responding to support tickets in a timely manner
Provide full documentation for tasks that need to be developed
Perform configuration tasks required by the client.
Provide support and guidance to the clients' technical questions and be
responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed to SLAs.
Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time and as in
plan.
Capable to trainee users on various Odoo modules (remotely or onsite).
Complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate, and
efficient manner according to the company guidelines.
Assistant Sales Team in the Pilot and Demonstration.
job Requirements:
1-3 years of Experience in the Odoo ERP environment is a must.
Complete understanding of ERP and open source concepts
