Junior Healthcare IT Specialist
(Fresh Graduates are welcome)
 
 About the Company
 
We are a growing Healthcare Information Technology company specializing in delivering IT services for hospitals across the Middle East.
 
Our work focuses on Hospital Information Systems (HMIS / HIS / EMR), providing end-to-end services including system configuration, implementation, user support, and on-site deployment.
We work closely with hospitals to improve clinical and operational workflows using modern healthcare technology.
 
 Job Overview
 
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Junior Healthcare IT Specialists.
The role involves a mix of online (remote) work and on-site assignments at hospitals inside and outside Egypt.
 
This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, comfortable with technology, and interested in building a career in Healthcare IT.
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
Assist in configuration and implementation of Hospital Information Systems (HMIS / HIS / EMR)
 
Provide first-level system support to hospital users
 
Support system testing, data setup, and user training
 
Work with implementation teams during on-site hospital deployments
 
Communicate with internal teams and hospital staff to resolve issues
 
Participate in continuous learning and system improvement activities
 
 Requirements
 
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
 
Good computer skills (Windows, basic applications, internet tools)
 
English level: Average to Good (reading and basic communication)
 
Graduate of one of the following (or related fields):
 
Any IT-related faculty
 
Faculty of Commerce
 
Faculty of Nursing
 
Faculty of Dentistry
 
Faculty of Physical Therapy
 
Willingness to travel outside Egypt for short or long assignments
 
Ability to work in a team environment
 
Healthcare experience is a plus, not a must
 
Ambitious, eager to learn, and open to new challenges
