Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader in the field of CCTV and security systems to lead our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and distributing tasks, ensuring customer needs are met professionally, and achieving sales targets.




Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sales team and assign tasks.

Monitor the execution of sales activities.

Ensure the team consistently follows up with customers.

Resolve any issues or challenges faced by the team.

Train and develop the skills of team members.

Prepare periodic reports and submit them to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the CCTV and security systems field.

Proven experience in team management.

Good knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and networking systems.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
