A well-known company in real state – brokerage located at new Cairo looking for team leader with below requires:
About the Job
• Supports sales agents to achieve their targets.
• Provides direct coaching and training to the sales agents.
• Supports all sales agents in meetings and monitors their handling to clients.
• Covers his sales agents in case of inability of any of them to handle a client.
• Collects consistent feedback from sales agents about their workflow, any issues related to leads, operations, system or developers.
• Reports to sales manager weekly for the top management to always be updated.
• Performs quarterly evaluations (KPIs) with his team and reports to sales manager.
• Handling any issues related to sales agents with operations manager.
• Handling conflicts between sales agents and developers’ account managers besides reporting to sales manager.

• Experience in Real Estate field
• Not less than 2 years of experience.
• New Cairo resident is a must.
• Professional Attitude & very good communication skills.
• V.good English.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Owning a car is a must.
• Applying expertise & technology
