:Qualifications

  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or outbound call center environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Knowledge of water filtration systems and related products is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
