تفاصيل الوظيفة

  • A Sales Associates is needed to work in the Telemarketing department, Egypt, UAE and KSA accounts.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone with the aim of promoting and selling products or services.
  • You will be an essential part of the sales and marketing team, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Outbound Calls.
  • Product/Service Knowledge.
  • Lead Qualification.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Record Keeping
  • Feedback and follow-Up:
  • Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be fluent in the English language.
  • Graduates and undergraduates (4th year university)
- Package up to 10,000 LE.
- Location in Maadi
