تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Description:

A Retail Finance Credit Officer is responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from customers who have availed retail finance products such as auto loans, consumer lending or other retail financial products, The role requires a mix of customer service, negotiation, and legal knowledge to ensure timely collection while maintaining customer relationships.




Key Responsibilities:

Visit the client’s premises to gather the required information and documents in coordination with the credit and marketing account officer and prepare detailed reports on our client’s activities.

Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and communications.

Interview, correspond with, and collect feedback from the client’s external stakeholders (suppliers, clients and competitors), industry experts, and other financial institutions (as applicable) to assess and determine the client’s financial strength, reputation, and ability to repay debts regularly.

Work closely with his direct manager to establish and update the policies and guidelines for the credit investigation process.

Conduct field visits to the client’s premises to assess the financial and operational situation of the business.

Provide information on payment options, late fees, and potential consequences of non-payment.

Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, or in-person visits.

Follow up consistently to ensure payment commitments are met.

Investigate the company client’s status in the Central Bank of Egypt and I Score Company.




Educational Background:

A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.




Job Requirements:

3-5 year of experience in the investigation field.

Honest and trustworthy.

Good knowledge of computer applications.

Good communication skills.

Good appearance.
