Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Remote, with the option of working from Egypt or other international locations

Our team is based in Egypt, and we primarily serve native English-speaking students in the West, especially in the United States. Job Overview:
The CEO will lead the company and be responsible for all aspects of its operations, marketing, and growth. As the CEO, you will set the strategic direction, manage daily operations, and ensure the quality of the product, while also driving marketing initiatives and building partnerships to grow the student base and the company’s reach. You will play a pivotal role in building a leading virtual education platform in the Islamic studies space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and goals to achieve growth and profitability.
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of educators, technologists, and support staff to deliver high-quality virtual education.
• Ensure alignment between the company’s mission, values, and performance.
2. Operations Management:
• Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including curriculum development, teacher recruitment, and student satisfaction.
• Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of all departments and individuals across the organization.
• Establish and oversee the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality education and efficient management of all administrative and operational functions.
• Implement scalable operational processes to enable seamless student onboarding and to ensure consistency as the company grows.
• Develop curriculum standards, including defining key skills students should master for each session, regularly assessing and reporting student performance, and determining intervention plans as needed.
• Optimize operational processes to ensure seamless delivery of classes and services across multiple time zones.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in education.
3. Marketing & Growth:
• Lead marketing efforts to increase visibility and enrollment in the platform, particularly in the U.S. and Western markets.
• Develop marketing strategies using digital platforms, partnerships with schools and religious organizations, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Create and execute campaigns to attract new students and retain existing ones, ensuring the company meets its growth targets.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the highest level of quality in educational delivery by monitoring student progress, satisfaction, and feedback.
• Work with curriculum developers and instructors to refine and enhance the learning experience.
• Implement metrics and reporting systems to track educational outcomes and continuously improve the product.
5. Partnership Development:
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and religious organizations in the West.
• Foster relationships with community leaders, scholars, and organizations that align with the company’s mission.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration with other educational platforms or content creators.
6. Financial & Administrative Oversight:
• Manage the company’s budget and financial performance, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee fundraising and investment opportunities, including interactions with potential investors and partners.
• Ensure the company remains financially sustainable and operationally efficient.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in education, technology, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of Arabic language and Islamic studies curriculum development and delivery.
• Familiarity with the Western market, particularly the needs of English-speaking students.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and a distributed team, ensuring high performance and quality.
• Track record of successful marketing and business development initiatives, particularly in the digital space.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships and lead a diverse team.
• A passion for education and the mission of spreading knowledge about Arabic and Islamic studies globally.
Preferred:
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience working in virtual education platforms or related technologies.
